License Agreement

License Grant

Upon purchase of digital products from Zero Store, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials according to the terms outlined in this agreement.

License Types

Personal License

The Personal License allows you to:

  • Use the product for personal projects
  • Use the product for client projects (single end product)
  • Modify the product to suit your needs

The Personal License does NOT allow you to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
  • Use the product in items for resale (templates, themes, etc.)
  • Use the product in multiple end products

Commercial License

The Commercial License includes all Personal License rights, plus:

  • Use the product in unlimited end products
  • Use the product in items for resale (with modifications)
  • Use the product for commercial purposes

The Commercial License does NOT allow you to:

  • Resell or redistribute the original files
  • Claim ownership of the original files
  • Use the product in a way that competes with Zero Store

Permitted Uses

You may use the licensed materials for:

  • Website design and development
  • Mobile and desktop applications
  • Print materials and marketing collateral
  • Social media graphics and content
  • Client projects (as specified by license type)
  • Personal and commercial projects (as specified by license type)

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, lease, license, or sublicense the original files
  • Share your license or access with others
  • Make the files available on any file-sharing platform
  • Use the files in on-demand print services where the end customer can customize the product
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original files
  • Create derivative products that compete with the original

Ownership and Copyright

All products remain the intellectual property of Zero Store. This license grants you usage rights only; it does not transfer ownership. All copyrights and trademarks remain with Zero Store.

Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required. If you choose to credit Zero Store, we'd be grateful for a link back to our website.

Modifications

You are allowed to modify the products to suit your needs. However, modified versions are still subject to the same license restrictions as the original files.

License Violations

Violation of this license agreement may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your license
  • Legal action to protect our intellectual property
  • Liability for damages

Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Zero Store does not warrant that the products will meet your requirements or that they will be error-free.
