Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund except in the following circumstances:

Refund Eligibility

We will consider refund requests in the following situations:

Technical Issues

If the product has significant technical issues that prevent it from being used as described, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Product Not as Described

If the product significantly differs from its description or preview images, and you notify us within 14 days of purchase.

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.

Download Failure

If you were charged but unable to download the product, and we cannot provide access to the product.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after downloading the product
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
  • Incompatibility with software not listed in product requirements
  • Products that have been customized or modified
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Products purchased during a promotional period or sale

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through our Contact Page within 30 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
  4. Allow us 5-7 business days to review your request

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Your license to use the product will be revoked

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund. This is at our discretion and depends on the specific circumstances.

Before You Buy

To avoid the need for a refund:

  • Carefully review the product description and preview images
  • Check the technical requirements and compatibility
  • Contact us with any questions before purchasing
  • Review our License Agreement

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks cost us additional fees and may result in the suspension of your account. We're committed to working with you to resolve any issues.
